“Thank you for providing me with a most perfect place to recover from total knee replacement surgery… I was so inspired by every single person I came in contact with. Each and every one took an interest in me and made me feel great. The words that come to mind when I look back at my week there are – inspirational, peaceful, caring, positive, professional, encouraging and friendly.” – P.F.
“From the minute I arrived, I was treated with the utmost empathy, kindness and respect… I have nothing but praise for the care I received as a patient at Helen Hayes Hospital. I think there was some divine intervention that there was not a bed available for me [elsewhere] as I cannot believe that I would have been treated with that same level of care, encouragement, support, positive reinforcement, kindness and respect that I received at Helen Hayes.” – T.M.
“We as a family will forever be grateful for the memories you helped create, for the strength and fortitude you provided, and for the commitment and dedication to our father and his treatment. Thank you so much for making such an enormous difference in his life and in each of ours.” – M.C.
“I wish the world could know the wonderful things that are happening on the fourth floor of Helen Hayes Hospital (and other floors too!) In the middle of our personal crisis, we met such wonderful people – people who were where they should be, doing what they do best – caring for people who have had an injury. I pray each day for all of you and thank you from the bottom of my heart.” – L.G.
